Booking Policies & Stay Information
We want everyone who stays at Casa Blanca to enjoy their time here and return often. Therefore, we have some basic policies in place to ensure a smooth stay.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Stay Policies
- Children are more than welcome but please, no unattended children under 12 by the pool.
- Pets are allowed within reason and only with express approval PRIOR to your stay.
- Private events are allowed as long as express approval is given PRIOR to arrival.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors at least 6 feet from any door. Please dispose of butts in the receptacle.
- Maximum # of guests: 11
- Minimum age to rent: 21
Covid Policies & Cleanliness Commitment
- All surfaces (floors, countertops, commode, faucets, etc) are cleaned throughout the day with disinfectant
- Towels and Bedding are washed in hot water (at least 60°C/140°F)
- No Contact Check-in & Check Out
